Hi
I've had my inspire 2 for just under 11 months and since I went on holiday it's not working properly. It keeps vibrating, I'm unable to activate it using the side buttons and display had been intermittent. This has happened ever since I went swimming but it says it's water resistant up to 50m and I was only in a pool just below the surface. I've tried the reboot multiple times and got the smiley face and vibration but then keeps going back to intermittent vibrations and the sides not working. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Jls10883. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 2 has stopped working. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, please confirm that you have tried restarting your Charge 5 as described below:
If the above doesn't work and your device is still unresponsive, please try the following reset:
If your Fitbit device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. If your watch has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser (like Cetaphil) and dry it with a lint free-cloth. Be sure to follow our Wear and Care instructions to keep your device clean.
Water resistance may diminish over time and can be negatively impacted by any of the following:
Regarding your concern, please note most Fitbit devices are water-resistant to 50 meters. They're designed to be swimproof and stand up to even the sweatiest of workouts. See our user manuals for specifics as to whether your device is swimproof or splashproof. For more detailed information, see Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?
