Inspire 2 stopped working after using it in a swimming pool.

I have been using Fitbit Inspire 2 since last 2 years. I have not encountered any problem with until recently.

I recently started to learn swimming at a local swimming pool.

This is was the first time that I wore Inspire 2 in water.

The tracker was fine for initial 4 days and 5th day onwards, the tracker is complete dead. I am no longer able to see anything on the screen.

I have followed all possible instructions given on the support forum and the tracker is still not working.

I had no issues with the tracker for over 2 years.

I am based in India and there is no customer support here. How do I get my tracker to start working?

Please help?

(Note- I have done all troubleshooting options available. Also on support forums I have followed all the steps recommended for users who have had faced similar options.)

Hi @karan_uppal  the Inspire 2 is water resistant, not waterproof. see page 48 of the user manual - click to see.
