Inspire 2 stops tracking sleep in the middle of my sleep

The Inspire 2 I got for Christmas was tracking my sleep fine for 8 days, and I appreciated the sleep score from my premium membership. But the last 2 nights it has just stopped at 1:05am and 1:50am respectively, even though I was fast asleep at those times. It's showing that I only slept from 11:36pm to 1:05am one night, and 10:57pm to 1:50am the next night, when both nights I slept until about 6am. No sleep details because it was "less than 3 hours" each night. What would cause it to just stop tracking asleep and assume I had gotten up even though I was still asleep? I've checked, and DND was NOT turned on.

Beyond ridiculous. My Inspire 2 has stopped recording a sleep score and I have done everything possible to fix this. Clearly, with so many people having the same issue the problem is with the device, not the user. So frustrating to pay for a device that advertises sleep data only to have it not work reliably.

I just switched from the Sense to inspire because the Sense was too bulky and bothering my wrist. HOWEVER my Sense tracked my sleep 90% of the time correctly, only needing to be adjusted occasionally. The inspire hasn't tracked my sleep correctly once. If I go adjust the sleep/wake times though, all of the data seems to be there. I will follow the advice of writing down sleep and wake times and adjusting manually.

My suggestion is that fitbit allow people to have more than one fitbit device, or, just make a device that functions.

This device is ridiculous. Obviously by the comments. Suddenly after months my Inspire has decided to randomly shut off in the middle of the night. I have followed all the trouble shooting advice you possibly can to no avail. I purchased it in February and had no problems until about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Just suddenly out of nowhere. This device was not what I was expecting.  😞
