Inspire 2 stuck on DND

It won't let me change "do not disturb". No notifications.  And can't use Quick settings.

Hello there, @Pauline59. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is stuck on DND. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

To better assist you, may I know if you see the Sleep Mode icon in purple and the DND icon in teal color at the same time? Are the other quick settings icons such as Screen Wake unresponsive to tap? Have you tried turning off those settings from the Settings app > Quiet Modes?

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 2 by following these steps. 

Also, make sure that your Fitbit device is up-to-date.
