A day ago my inspire 2 wasn't scrolling, so I attempted to restart it. After that it got stuck on a black screen. I have tried restarting it multiple times and I also tried changing the clock face. I get the smiley face everytime I restart, but it goes back to a blank screen. I also get the line that shows it's downloading a new clock face and it still goes back to black.

Any suggestions?
