My Inspire 2 is stuck on the Icon screen with the date showing when it was first registered (11 months ago) and a message to download the app. I have tried restarting; resyncing with my phone; reloading the app; rebooting my phone; and run through two sessions with the Fitbit Chat helpline. It's still stuck. Anyone else had this?
