I just bought the device. As soon as the device was turned on, "Download the Fitbit mobile app" message came to my phone. How did the fitbit app download notification come to the device even though my phone's bluetooth and nfc were turned off?

Hi @yucelcagdas If I understand you correctly your Inspire 2 is telling you to download the app. This is normal for a new fitbit. It must be preinstalled onto these devices as you are correct, it won't have synced yet. If you already have the app you simply ignor the message and move straight to add a new device on your app.

I'm sorry, my English is not very good, actually I'm asking: "Download the Fitbit mobile app" message came to my phone when my phone is Android and bluetooth and nfc are turned off, what kind of technology is this, what connection did it use?
