I have a message stuck on my Inspire 2 screen that I cannot clear. It says "Log into Fitbit App and try another clock." It is in the background of my main clock, 250 step counter, zone screen, heart rate, etc. Anyone have this issue and know how to clear it?
Thanks.

Hello @BlueCubed
It’s asking you to change your clock face. I suppose the current clock face you have isn’t working properly. You can try restarting your Inspire 2 to see if that corrects the problem first. Just plug your Inspire 2 into its charger then press down and hold the buttons on your Fitbit until you see a small smiley face then release the button. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
Hopefully a restart helped but you can change the clock face by going through the Fitbit App. Here’s how to change it: Ope the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Inspire 2. Next tap Gallery then tap the clocks tab at the top of your screen. Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view. Once you decide on a new clock face tap install.
After you change your clock face remember to sync your Inspire 2 so the changes in the clock face will be accepted.
😃I hope this provides you the best answer to your question. Please let me know how it goes

Thank you very much for this! I was experiencing an issue where my FitBit Inspire 2 was stuck on the main clock face screen. I couldn't scroll through any of the apps, e.g NOTIFICATIONS, EXERCISE, RELAX, TIMERS, etc. Also, the FitBit wouldn't reset; it just kept going to QUICK SETTINGS.
I found your posting to change the clock face format and it worked! Thank you posting.
