Inspire 2 stuck on running mode

My Fitbit seems to be stuck on running mode… and I don’t run. How do I change it?

Hello @Icehockey25 

Normally you would press the button to exit this mode but if you find that it is stuck then try restarting your Inspire. You will not lose any data doing a restart. Just plug your Fitbit Inspire into its charger then press in and hold the button on the Inspire. Continue holding until a smiley face appears then release the button. You will fell the Fitbit vibrate indicating the restart is complete.
