Hello!
Hope i can get some help here.
I never had problems receiving HRV Status or sleep stages but for a week now, i do not get either. My Breathing rate is also now shown anymore since a week.
My heartrate is being measured, i can see my resting heart rate for example.
I got good readings for months without problems before
What i tried so far:
- Re-sync
- Restart app, phone and the inspire 2
- put heartrate in the settings off and on
- changed Sleep sensitivity from normal to sensitive for a night (did not help) changed back (also no readings again)
- Logged out and in of my account
- unpaired the inspire 2 in the Bluetooth settings of my phone, reboot, paired again
- De-installed the Fitbit app and reinstalled it
- several phone and Inspire reboots in between those steps as well
- Battery level was never critical
- The Fitbit app has access to all needed permissions (Location, messages, calls, etc.)
- I am using the same phone since i have the Inspire 2, nothing changed here either (Oppo A94)
I am quite clueless at the moment, what else i can try to hopefully get it working again.

I've had the exact same issues with the sleep, readiness score and heart rate I think it's their planned obsolescence. All modern technology has a set short life so you have to buy a new one.

I’m having the same problem, I came here to get help also. I’ve done all of the above, now my green light isn’t even turning on to track my pulse.
I hope we get answers to fix our problems.

I'm having the same problem, I've used my Inspire 2 for months with no problem and suddenly the past few weeks it has stopped giving me sleep results and health metrics most mornings. Nothing has changed about my device, settings, etc. I probably get sleep/health data 2-3 days a week now rather than 7. I made a separate post about it here. Seems to be a widespread issue.

I have the same issue for 3 weeks now after 1 year of working fine. Tried everything and spent hours with Support to no avail.

Mine has started doing the exact same thing. All I can see is calories. No sleep score, no steps, etc. When I try to edit the dashboard, there is no option for steps, sleepscore, only calories. I am extremely frustrated.

Did you get a fix for this problem? Mine just started this issue 2 nights ago. I’ve had my Inspire 2 for a few years and it just quit tracking my sleep. I’ve gone through all the suggested steps with no luck. It’s tracking my resting heart rate but no sleep data.

Mine was the same, 2 nights ago. Either the latest update or maybe Fitbit is requiring paid subscription now for what was their basic features.
Super annoyed. I spent a lot of time trying to fix my phone/ Fitbit only to find out this is on Fitbits end

Some of the replies suggest that this problem is Fitbit’s planned obsolescence for the Inspire 2. I don’t think so. I’m reading the community board for the Inspire 3 and many are reporting the same problem, Someone on that board said they spoke to support who told them it was a server problem and Fitbit is working on it. I sure hope they fix it soon!

Mine is registering 0 for everything this morning although Fitbit tells me the problem has been fixed. Oh, they’ve just asked for my email and operating systems to see if they can fix it…… let’s hope!

Reinstalling the app doesn’t do anything to help. Fit bit support contacted me and asked for my registered email, operating versions for iPad and my phone. I then went to my account and asked to add a device, reinstalling the Inspire 2 This worked. I’m now up and running again 🤞🏻
