Hi all!
Doe anyone know why the sleeptracker keeps changing or only tracks partially?
There are only 2 nights with proper tracking and sleepscore, while the other nights are pretty basic (and not correct).
Is there anything I can do to change this?
See picture in comments.

I have exactly the same problem. Only two nights are detailed and give me a score. Nothing changed in the settings or the way I wear the band.

Hi Mirjam!
I found the sollution to my problem. Maybe it helps you as well?
In the beginning I always set the time when I went to bed, by clicking the ‘+’ and selecting ‘start sleep now’. I thought that was the way to activate the sleeptracker.
But: when I sort of gave up on the sleeptracker and neglected it, I learned it tracks sleep automatically. So, now I let it just do it’s own thing and since then it tracks my sleep every night. No actions needed.
Hope it will solve your problem as well!

Also: customerservice is terrible. So if this doesn’t solve the problem, you’re on your own here 🥴
No one ever replied on my post here, send 2 emails asking for help and no helpful replies whatsoever (‘before I can help you please send us further information’ —> well, I already send áll info I had in my help-request… incl screenshots etc).
Chat isn’t available.

Aha, that’s my strategie as well! Using the start sleep tracking in my app.
it’s really confusing like this. But I will try to let that go and see what will happen then!

surprising, for this pricy equipment you would expect a steady customer support. Shame…

Hi everyone. Thank you for your messages, tips and feedback
To record your sleep stages you'll need to let the Inspire 2 autorecognize your sleep.
If you use the "begin sleep" option in the app, you'll get the simplified record. This option is for those Fitbit models that don't feature sleep stages.
The following conditions can prevent the recording of sleep stages:
- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection. ("begin sleep" option in the app)
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (below 25%). This prevents a regular recording of the heart rate.
- You use the metal bracelet while sleeping
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance, so that your heart rate is recorded regularly and the sleep phases can be recognized.
More about this can be found here How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Please keep in mind, to have set your sleep as normal and not sensitive:What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?
