When I first got the watch it took 2 minutes to sync, six months later it's taking 15 to 20 minutes. I'm guessing it downloads every bit of information it's ever gathered every time it syncs. Is there any way to make it only sync new readings? That would speed it up...

Same here. I have a 2 y/o Inspire 2 and it takes forever to synch. I’m thinking it’s planned obsolescence to require product upgrades, not unlike certain gps products.

Mine will not even synch anymore. Yet I paid for premium support and have not got help yet.
