When I did my first workouts using the Inspire 2 it logged them as Aerobic Workouts. Since then with the same routine it has logged them as a swim, as an Aerobic, as a walk. It's as if it doesn't know what I'm doing.
Can anyone help me to get it set for Areobic workout as this choice seems to have disappeared off of my selection list too. Thank you

It sounds like you are relying on it auto-recognizing your workouts. I find this inconsistent, having to count on it recognizing what you are doing, based just on your wrist movement. But if you want to continue with this, you could try disabling auto-recognition for the ones you are getting in error, but then it might not get recognized as a workout at all.
My preference is to use the Exercise App, when you tell Fitbit when you start and stop, and you select yourself what the exercise is to be called. Maybe you have tried this as you mention your "selection list". There are about 20 selections you can choose from, though only 5 or 6 can show on your wrist. The following link tells how to change the selection that show on your wrist. Fitbit recommends using "Workout" for anything not specifically listed.

Same problem as Becky. But that start stop thing is even worse. It doesn't work properly for me either. I prefer the auto recognition of my aerobic workout when it works. How do I get that to work consistently? I rely on the stats re BPM to improve my cardiovascular health. I've restarted my Android, cleared cache, restarted again. Recharged my Inspire 2. And checked gor updates! Please. I am this close to chucking it completely and upgrading to a competitor. Help!
