Sleep tracker tracks my sleep when I am watching TV. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi @Diane.65 you must be quite still when watching tv. That has happened to me before, but not when I move my hands a bit to let my Fitbit know I'm actually awake. You can also edit that unwanted sleep away.

Hi @Diane.65. Welcome to the Community forums.

Thank you for sharing with us this information about your Inspire 2.

Here there are the instructions to delete a sleep log in the Fitbit app:

  1. From Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the Sleep duration tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Set or edit your targets. To remove a target, tap the three dots in the top right.
  4. Tap Done.

Thanks @Odyssey13 for providing help!

@Diane.65  I agree with @Odyssey13.  One major thing Fitbit uses to detect sleep is that your wrist doesn't move for an hour.  So I get this from time to time, too.  I don't worry about it.  I just delete that record.
