Inspire 2 updated and now won’t turn on

I finally managed to link my inspire 2 yo my phone to sync and show the correct time (as it had been 7 minutes out). After syncing and showing the correct time I was instructed to do an update. The update got half way and the inspire 2 turned off and now won’t turn back on again! I’ve tried holding the sides for a long period of time and plugging it into the charger (no response) and holding the sides and nothing is happening. It’s less than a year old! Any ideas how I can get it to turn back on? (It was fully charged at the time of update). Thank you

I also have similar issues.  I put my phone into the charger.  It syncs to my app and vibrates when I press the sides but no display.  What should I do?
