Inspire 2 vibrates every 15 to 20 seconds for no reason & drains battery

My Inspire 2 suddenly started vibrating every 15 to 20 seconds for no reason. I’ve re booted, and it still keeps sending me little vibrations. Along with being annoying, it drains the battery super quick. Is there a fix for this issue?

Thank you for letting us that you have already attempted to restart your Inspire 2.

This is unusual, and the best thing to do in this situation is to perform a factory reset on your Inspire 2. Please keep in mind that any data that has not been previously synced will be lost, so make sure to sync it before proceeding.

Thank you for your reply! I’ve tried rebooting, factory resetting and changing the clock face (as someone else suggested on another thread), but nothing has worked so far.
