Hello,
I am new to fitbit and still getting to know the features and how it works but I was wondering if anyone else has had experience similar to mine. My fitbit (Inspire 2) woke me up in the middle of the night (vibrating) and told me to take deep breaths. All I wanted to do at that moment was to go back to sleep but it was very persistent so I had no choice but to follow, although I felt just fine..
It makes me think that it must have detected something abnormal - is it able to measure oxygen levels/saturation? Was my breathing/heart rate abnormal? I can't see anything unusual on the sleep analytics log. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Thanks.

Fitbit doesn't do anything like that automatically from detecting abnormality. It sounds like you accidentally, in your sleep, navigated to, and started, the 'Relax' app.

Sounds about right, I need to find out if there is a way to switch it off so it doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you for answering and clarifying.

I had the same experience.
