Inspire 2 will not complete sync to iPad

Synching will not complete to iPad App from Inspire 2.

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Inspire 2. 

Please can you tell me what do you see on your iPad screen when trying to sync manually with the Inspire 2?

Solved the problem by rebooting my Inspire2 — took several tries. I also restarted my iPad.It’s an old iPad and the system can longer be updated beyond the current 17.4.1. The problem seems to arise while the iPad/device is searching for notifications. The synching just stops while the notifications wheel is spinning.

@jer52   Just so you know, the minimum OS for the Fitbit app is OS 15.  You should be good for a while.
