My Inspire 2 won't charge. I get a message saying, "Check charger, battery is not charging." I thought the charger was bad and purchased a new one. I get the same message. I have cleaned the contacts with no result. Any suggestions?

@DmsFL have you tried plugging the cord into a different charging block?
