Hi, I am having issues with charging my Inspire 2. I've tried 2 different chargers, and it's the same. I can get it to charge, but I have to... once the charger is connected to my tracker, I have put a little pressure on the side of my tracker for it to start charging. That's all in good, but I can't hold it the whole time. When I release it go back to the time. My tracker works good other than this issue. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Lost without my tracker. Debbie C

Hi there, @DAMODARAPRIYA. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
Probably is not the charging cable, but your Inspire 2 itself. Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
For more information, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Hope this helps.

I also have trouble charging my inspire 2. I have used a wooden toothpick in the past and rolled it between my fingers to clear the debris from the charge ports on the back of the fitbit. I also cleaned the pins on the charge base.
while that has worked well many times before none of this has worked this time. the device is now dead until I can get it to charge. is there any other advice you can offer ?

update. I was able to get it to charge after a second cleaning but also had the issue of having to push on the connector initially to get the connection to take. Once it did the charge was pretty fast.
I feel like both the plates inside the fitbit and the charging pins on the charge base should be mounting on a spring mount. a 'U' shape that will flex so the connection can be maintained as the parts age. that should also allow the pins to be a little longer to also make the connections more solid.
