I've had my watch for a year, but it has never worked right. I could never get it to connect to the Bluetooth on my Samsung A25. My phone says it can't connect to my watch because it is a "low energy device." The battery dies extremely quickly on my watch, e.g. after a few hours, and it only syncs with my app reluctantly after many tries. I had stopped wearing it because I was so frustrated, but now I need it for a new fitness program. Did I get a lemon? Please advise.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

I made all the suggested changes and it still says it is a Low Energy Device and won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth.
