Came back to my inspire 2 after charging and the time was over 12 hours out. Went into app to sync but sync got stuck half way. Came on this forum and did all the things suggested. Reset watch. Turned Bluetooth on and off. Turned phone on and off. Removed inspire from Bluetooth and re paired thru app. Deleted and reinstalled app etc etc. Nothing worked so deleted my inspire 2 from the Fitbit app and tried to start again.
I got as far as entering the 4 digit code displayed on my Fitbit when pairing and then get an error message on the app. Tried 3 times and got the same error message. Now I have no watch connected to the app and it still shows the wrong time.

Thank you. I had tried those steps, although 2, 6 and 9 all say ‘try setting up your device’
After clearing several error messages, I left the app trying to connect to my inspire for 20 mins and then went to bed with it still running. Woke up to an error message again but once I cleared that, everything had synced and the watch was displaying the correct time.
Some weird anomaly?

@Lardie Thanks for getting back. I'm glad to hear that the issue is solved now.
We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Inspire 3. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
