Hi all, I’m having trouble connecting my Inspire 2 to my IPhone 16.
I get to the page where it says “Connecting your Inspire 2 to the Fitbit app…” - either this page never loads further and the bar just runs or an error message pops up reading “Something went wrong. An error occurred.Please try again”
I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting steps, including restarting both devices, deleting and reinstalling the app, using different WiFi / 5G network, forgetting device on Bluetooth and re-adding. Nothing is working.
It’s worth mentioning that I am in this situation because my Fitbit wasn’t syncing to my iPhone - I went through all those troubleshooting steps, one of which was to remove my Inspire 2 and delete the app - I did that and now I cannot get my Fitbit to connect… help help 🙂

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Inspire 2 is not connecting to your iPhone 16 and for all your efforts.
I have one question, is your phone new? And have you deleted the connection with your previous phone? If not please try to delete the Bluetooth connection with the previous device and try all the Troubleshooting steps described here (the order is very important): Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
