Hi,

I have the Inspire 2 since a bit more than a week. At first the pairing with my iphone12 succeeded but since a few days pairing doesn't work anymore. I followed advice i found on the internet to forget the device but now it doesn't come back in the bluetooth menu.

The connection to my ipad still works

Hi there, @JudithKD @Semerseal. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 devices before reaching out.

Before considering other options, please confirm that you've followed the steps below in the order listed:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Inspire 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.
