First it wasn't syncing data manually. It would be stuck "syncing" forever.

So I tried turning the bluetooth on and off, didnt work.

I tried turning the fitbit on and off, didnt work.

So I unpaired the fitbit to try and redo the connection but now the app  stays stuck on the "connecting to fitbit" screen after inputting the pairing numbers.

Hi there, @nonononononoppp. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following steps:

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Inspire 2 as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.

If you can't get started with your Inspire 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
