My device will not pair with my phone. I completed the remedial steps and still nothing. It does not keep track of time!

Hi @Rollergirl  this article will tell you how to set up - click to read. You must have a compatible phone and while it uses bluetooth, it doesn't pair with the phone in the usual way. The time comes from the device you've set up and you must sync regularly to keep the time accurate.
