Hi,
My Inspire 2 won't connect via Bluetooth to anything. We (my dad and I) have tried the iPad, his iPhone 12 and his Windows laptop. None of them see my Inspire 2. Is there a way to switch bluetooth on?

Hi @zara_cookie. A warm welcome to the forums.
Thank you for providing us with your inquiry regarding the difficulty you are experiencing when trying to connect your Inspire 2 to devices.
Make sure your Inspire 2 is fully charged before trying to connect it. If it is related to a battery difficulty, see: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
I'd suggest you (according to a user in other thread) going to Settings on your Inspire 2, clear user data and try to connect it one more time.
Please confirm that you have followed the steps listed in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Thanks @Odyssey13 for sharing this helpful information.
