Inspire 2 will not diaplay when I turn my wrist toward me. Tried to go to quick setting and change screen wake but cant get it to change. Shows lite bulb itch line and dark.?

I have no idea what a light bulb itch line is, but change the screen wake, that's probably because you are in sleep mode, also in quick settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
