Purchased in June 2023 from Amazon, worked great until about a week ago. It stopped holding a charge longer than a couple of hours. I've tried erasing all the data and reset it but it's still not holding a charge. Also the sweep up and down to check stats etc. isn't working correctly. Was there a bad update?

Mine all of a sudden would not let me charge it and then when it died I tried using new chargers and it still wouldn’t work I can’t reset it or anything.
