For the last 4 days my Inspire 2 won't hold a charge. I plugged it in this morning, unplugged it 2 hours ago at 100% charged and just now how to plug it back in because it was at 1%. It's been like this every day and I'm at my wits end. I've cleaned the connectors and have no idea why the battery is suddenly refusing to stay charged.
Updated to add: for a few days it was mostly working? Like it took 3 days to die instead of 2 hours. But when I took it off the charger the screen wouldn't light up and then it showed me the Fitbit logo and 001. So I put it back on the charger and reset it but it's definitely acting super weirdly now. And it thinks it's 5:11 pm...it's definitely 1:52 pm...

That's what I've been thinking! It seems to have improved today? At least it hasn't started plummeting yet 😅
Update: Thanks, unfortunately none of that applies to me.

I charge mine to 100% and then within the hour it drops to 4%. If it were just me and no one else, I'd say ok, it's just busted after 2 years. But seeing that a number of people are complaining of this, I'm more convinced it was the 5/27 app update that did this.

Mine is doing the exact same! I’ve tried to contact support but no help at all. So frustrating, only had it a year.

I thought it was the charger problem but i can't confirm it since my fitbit already 0%. How long is the warranty? Does it include the charger or just the fitbit watch?

The basic warranty is 1 year unless you purchased the extra, which I think brings it up to two years. I'm not sure if it covers both. My issue doesn't appear to be a charger problem, since it will charge. It just doesn't work at all anymore. It dies quickly and the time is wrong and the sides don't respond anymore.

That's the thing though. If people are all having the same issue I shouldn't have to pay at all. 🤣 It's not my fault so why should I have to pay?

I have the same issue. It’s only 9 months old. Did you find a fix?

Mine is doing the same thing. A week ago it started acting up. Wouldn’t respond to touches, wouldn’t stay on, kept changing screens on its own, was reporting my pulse at 123 bpm when I was sitting quietly. I contacted support and they suggested I try syncing it multiple times a day until it dies again and then contact them again. I did. Now waiting to get their response.
