My Inspire 2 does not notify me when I have reached certain levels with my steps, eg 75%

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding your Inspire 2. 

I'd like to know if you get notifications from text or calls. 

Please, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

In addition, make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Beside that, make sure that notifications are turned on under quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
