Inspire 2 won't pair to my phone anymore

After my inspire 2 stopped syncing, I followed ALL the trouble shooting…nothing worked, so I removed device (as per forum) and now it won’t pair AT ALL…..I have tried to pair it to ipad and iPhone 13….yes, rebooted, removed app, etc etc…I have done it all…HELP!!!!!!

Hi there, @Barney1969. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've tried the following steps in the order shown: 

  • Unpair your Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.

As a friendly reminder, please note that you can use both, your iPhone and iPad. However, if you haven't set up your Inspire 2 yet, try setting it up with one of the two devices while the other remains with the Bluetooth turned off or better yet, try turning off your mobile device.

I have done all that…still nothing…it’s like the Fitbit doesn’t exist anymore.  Won’t pair to ipad or iPhone 13…..rggggg….thanks anyway!
