Inspire 2 won't pair with my iPhone 14 Pro anymore

I've been using Inspire 2 since 2 years ago and for the past few months it didn't sync to my iPhone app suddenly. So I unpaired and re-installed the app. When I want to pair my device the bluetooth can't find my device although I have followed all the steps. I've contacted customer support and they said will check and come back to me but they never did. Please help!

Hello Marre,

the support team contacted me only to inform that my Inspire 2 is no longer under warranty. Hence, no replacement can be provided. This does not solve my issue (can’t pair my device with iPhone), and I already know my device is out of warranty period. Who can help me troubleshoot?

Since there is no service center for Fitbit and judging from the Support Team’s answer it seems there is no after sales support at all for Fitbit. Meaning Fitbit devices’ life of span is very short. After it is out of warranty if there is an issue it can’t be fixed, might as well throw it away. I am very disappointed. Will never buy this product or recommend to my friends/family.

Hi Mary,

I did disconnect and re-connect, but the problem is I can't reconnect. I can only go as far as keying in the 4 digits and it keeps loading "connecting to your device". After 10 minutes or so it was aborted.

I’ve just upgraded my phone to a iPhone 14 and I’m having the same trouble as you. It won’t connect to my new phone. I get to the inputting the 4 digit code and then it aborts. I was thinking of contacting customer support but it doesn’t sound helpful 😑
