I have a new inspire 2 but it won’t receive my WhatsApp notifications, WhatsApp doesn’t appear in the list of apps in app notifications?

Hi there, @CarolM22. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with the WhatsApp notifications. 

Since you're setting up WhatsApp notification, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as an option in your Fitbit notification section. For example, tell someone to send you a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.  For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
