I can see the first screen with time and date, but it won't swipe to show other data, such as steps, hours with 250 steps, sleep, heart rate, etc. I tried the suggestion to plug in to the charging cable, hold buttons for 10 seconds. It still won't swipe. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Thanks for providing the details regarding the inconvenience with your Inspire 2.
If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I changed the clock face, but I still can't swipe to see anything else.

I gave up and ordered a new Fitbit, but I am not happy that the current one lasted only 17 months.
