my fitbit lost about 20 minutes several months ago, and will not let me adjust to the correct time.

Hi @samuraicat1 Usually when this happens it is problem between the tracker and your phone. Is the tracker syncing stats to the phone OK? If it is syncing but the time isn't correcting itself then restart the Inspire 2 and restart your phone and try syncing again. I am assuming that your phone is showing the correct time. If it is still not correct then uninstall the app from your phone, reinstall it and log back in and sync again.

Hello there, @samuraicat1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.
As @NellyG has mentioned, your Fitbit devices may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If your Inspire 2 is no longer paired, please set it up by following these steps How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Inspire 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Inspire is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

@samuraicat1 Thanks for the details provided in your post.
Is your Inspire 2 syncing? would you mind confirming what was the last time sync? To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have had this exact same problem, it syncs, but time is 20 minutes behind. No travel. This is very frustrating - I shouldn't have to constantly uninstall and install the apps and remove and add my device just to get it to function.
Again, it syncs, the time on the app shows it has synced, but still the time won't update.
