If you can get the syncing working again then the time and other issues may sort themselves out.

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

If those ideas don't work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com and if they can't fix it then they can process your warranty claim.

You can't manually set the time, but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

The other thing that affects the time is the time zone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

My watch is not synching properly either. I think that the watch is broken. I have tried the time zone thing and everything you have recommended. I need to return the watch. Thank you. Lynden Beesley

I have managed to get it to respond and the time has gone back to the correct time just waiting to see If it will synch correctly. Thanks for the help so far. Will let you know if it now starts synching.
