Inspire 2 won't sync anymore

My inspire 2 stopped syncing 3 days ago (Dec.6/25), I have done all the recommended suggestions (twice)  to no avail. Does this have something to do with the most recent update? Please advise on how to get this device syncing again, as of now it's completely useless.

Hi there, @macnoon. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 2 is no longer syncing. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Have you made sure that your Inspire 2 is still connected to your Fitbit account? To verify this, please go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. If you no longer see your Inspire 2, that would explain why it's no syncing anymore. To pair again, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? 

If the above doesn't describe your issue; before considering other options, please confirm that you've tried all troubleshooting steps recommended here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hello, thank you for responding so quickly, I did check and the inspire 2 was still connected. I did everything again (rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling the app etc) nothing worked, however last evening I tried syncing again and low and behold it was syncing! I guess it just took a while 🤷‍:female_sign:

I have the same issue.  It will show a few steps, but no sleep or heart info.  VERY frustrating!

Update: Mine stopped syncing on 12/12 if that matters.  There were issues prior to that date, but it seemed to catch up with itself after a couple of days.  Not so now.

Hi there, @RIwalker. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. I understand how frustrating this is, I'm here to help you! 

If your Inspire 2 is not syncing, that would explain why you're not seeing your HR nor sleep data. With that being said, please follow the tips and recommendations provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Please let me know if your Inspire 2 is still not tracking your sleep nor HR data after solving the syncing issue.

I have tried repeatedly to correct this problem, and I had my tech savvy
granddaughter try as well, but still only a few steps show for each day and
there is no other information like sleep, heart, etc. I have been relying
on this for my medical needs, so I am very frustrated.
