Inspire 2 won't sync anymore

My Fitbit keep telling me that I need to download the Fitbit mobile app. It worked yesterday but today i don’t how to do this

@Jaxcali Did you download the Fitbit app for your phone? What device are you using? I'd try to do a factory reset and start fresh.
