Inspire 2 won't sync despite all troubleshooting steps I tried

I have literally tried everything but it still does not want to sync. I have: 

Turned phone off and on again. 

Turned Bluetooth off and on again. 

Reset the fitbit. 

Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. 

I do not want to delete the fitbit from the app as I had so much trouble actually getting it on there, with the help of Fitbit themselves. 

I've checked that it's authorised to be running in the background and it is. I just don't know what else to do. Please can you advise me. Thanks

Mty phone is a HUAWEI P smart 2019 and it's running the latest software at 10.

Hi there, @Loobyl00. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

As a first approach, please make sure that your Huawei P Smart meets the requirements listed here.

Once you make sure that your phone does meet the requirements, please try the following in the order listed:

1. Remove the Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Inspire 2 once again.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Inspire 2.

my phone meets all the requirements, I think it’s my Fitbit that’s the problem as it won’t sync with my iPad either.

I had monumental issues actually pairing it with my IPad and phone and spent several hours with the tech guys trying to pair it that I’m not going to impair it for fear it will not pair again. 
Thank you for your support though, still no luck in syncing to phone or iPad 🥲
