I have an inspire 2 on my account. There was an error when I tried to sync. Also, how do I submit the date and time? Fitbit office is closed. Thank you

Hi @LisaNof1967 you can't set the date and time as it comes from the device you use to sync. You'll want to sync a few times, restart your Inspire 2 and your phone. See if that helps. Support is open when someone is there for chat or phone assistance.
