Hi there, @Hayleemez. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 2 is not connecting to your new phone. I'll be glad to help you with this!

Based on what you've mentioned, this issue is happening because your Inspire 2 is still connected to your old phone. With that being said, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Inspire 2 from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.

Let me know how it goes.
