Inspire 2 won't sync with Fitbit App

Hi, I've had this issue before. I uninstaller and reinstalled the app and it seemed to fix it, but this time that is not working. The App cannot or won't sync the Inspire device. The battery is usually 80%, if not more when I do this. Please help.

I am having this exact issue and have done the above steps repeatedly (on an iPhone) and no luck. I enter the 4-digit code and it just spins its wheels with the app saying "Connecting to Fitbit." The device itself says to Download the Fitbit App (which I've obviously downloaded, updated, reinstalled, and everything.) So frustrating. I'm ready to buy a different company's product.

I fixed this issue by getting a Garmin 😂

I ended up getting it to work! After following all these instructions, the
ONLY thing that eventually worked was fully uninstalling and reinstalling
the app. No idea why, but it then connected immediately.

This just worked for me. I've finally been able to pair my inspire 2 to my iPhone. Everyone having issues should try this.

I cannot even get the screen to swipe into any type of set up mode.Smiley face or relentless "download or update the Fitbit app to set up".Have done everything instructed:my bluetooth and app are on Samsung S20 Android.Have disconnected all other devices.Restarted, shut off and rebooted.Really frustrating as this device is fresh out of the box---all is compatible and I have literally spent days attempting to get this thing to work.Useless to me now.Last ditch hope that anyone can suggest something I haven't tried?

So disappointed to say this worked for me.  I hated clearing all my data!  I'm too OCD about retaining my daily and monthly steps.  This was gut wrenching to do but I'm so sick of spending time on trying to get things to work.  Customer service in all areas really sucks these days.  I've dealt with the cable company, phone company, State of California, Turbo Tax and now Fitbit this week.  It's exhausting!  So glad this is behind me.

UGH!!!
I am done.I can't even get a display on the front except the smile and
"download app".
I have done everything suggested.
The frustration is not worth it!
Sticking with Garmin from now on.
Good luck in your other battles, too!Seems to be the way of the world these
