Hi, I’ve done every I’ve been told to do about synching my Inspire 2. Sometimes it works on my iPhone but it won’t work on my iPad. I joke keep getting the signal that it’s trying but it never happens. Even when it is supposedly synched with my iPhone I don’t get any notifications of texts etc?im really frustrated and would appreciate it if anyone can help. Thanks.

Hi there, @Mare19. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and already trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2. I understand how frustrating this can be.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you still need help or have any questions/concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance.

As a friendly reminder, please note that you can use both, your iPhone and iPad. However, is very important to turn off the Bluetooth on one device when you want to sync with the other.

Bear in mind that your Inspire 2 can only talk to one device at a time. It can be trusted on many devices, phones, tablets, and so on, but because of the limitations of Bluetooth, it will only be able to talk to one at a time.

The data from your Inspire 2 is sent to the Fitbit cloud. After the data has been processed it will be put into your Fitbit account. Now your Fitbit account has access to and will display the data. Opening the app on a second device/phone/tablet will have access to the same data and a sync is not needed if a sync recently occurred through a different device.

For more information, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? and/or How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

See you around.

Thank you. I’ve now, turned off the Bluetooth on my iPad and iPod and ta dah it’s working. What I still don’t understand is why it was working previously when these devices had Bluetooth on? Whatever, I’m happy to have it working. Thank you 🙏
