Have a new apple iPhone SE and Inspire 2 is not syncing with iPhone SE, even with the passcode appearing on Inspire 2 while holding next to iPhone. What can I do to sync?

Hi there, @ELWIL. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

Is your Inspire 2 still connected to your old phone's Bluetooth settings? If it's, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Inspire 2 from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire 2 again.

Well, it has stopped tracking again. I charged it yesterday and keep it regularly charged. I don’t get it wet. Purchased in 2021 I believe, so it’s not that old
