Inspire 2 won't sync with phone,

I bought an Inspire 2 around Oct 2023.  Around March 2024 it stopped syncing with my iPhone.  I have tried resetting it but it still doesn't sync.   Any suggestions ?

I tried repeating Sync now about 10 to 15 times and it finally synced. Maybe keep trying?
