Four hours ago, my Inspire 2 stopped synching. I've followed all troubleshooting actions. My device contains accurate data; the app does not. I've force killed the app; reset the device; disconnected Bluetooth and turned it back on. Nothing has solved my problem of the app acknowledging information on the device.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
