I've always tracked my runs, starting them on my phone. The last run showed me the distance and speed when I finished, but now doesn't show in my activity. When I look at any of my past runs this data has gone also. I tried to add in distance, press save but still does nothing. I've tried chat who suggested stopping app, then uninstalling, restarting phone and then reinstalling but nothing works

I tried everything they suggested and it did not work. The last response was to wait a week to see if a new update came that might fix it. This leaves me unable to track and still no update. I had an email asking if it was resolved, I replied no and never heard back.
