Inspire 2 won't track my sleep data

My new Inspire 2 is not tracking sleep or heartrate.  I previously owned a Charge 3 and the only data showing is from it last week.  I have rebooted twice and double checked that all was correct in settings.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, just clarifying things.  Is your green LED working properly?  All of the settings includes:

  • Press and hold the buttons for two seconds to go to the Quick Settings.  Make sure it is On Wrist.
  • Swipe down on the screen until you get to the Settings app (gear).  Make sure the heart rate is toggled to on.

Also, the Inspire 2 can be very cranky with respect to the buttons and it can seem like the settings change on their own.  I don't remember where the Button Lock is located, but make sure this is on, too.  You need the heart rate in order to track sleep correctly.  Please contact Support for more help.
