Inspire 2 won't track my steps or heart rate

From last Tuesday to today, my inspire 2 only synced the sleep tracking but not steps or heart rate. I manually synced once last week and again over the weekend and still no steps or heart rate. Tried again today, and now it syncs just today's total steps plus activity between 10 am and 12 noon, but nothing from 530am to 10 am (I get up @530am).

It says it's synced but when I manually sync it, no more data shows up.  Does it reset on the 1st of the month?
